ARTIST SPOTLIGHT: LATE NIGHT EPISODE

Let's face it: Summer is over (but tbh, did we ever even have it in the UK?...) Moving on, we're excited to introduce you to Late Night Episode and their latest single "Golden Age". With this track, lead singer Daniel reveals that he "wanted to remind people that even though the internet is a wonderful world of its own, 2017 is the most opportune time to be alive and to live." It reminds us of Summer nights, chilling with friends and just reminiscing about life. WFA managed to catch up with the guys and have a gain a little insight into what they're all about.

For those that don’t know you, who are Late Night Episode?

Dan, Eric, Brett & Gio

How has living in New York influenced your sound?

A lot of songs were written super late at night. The city's very inspiring that time. Plus you can always hit the corner store and get some food to power you through.

Tell us a bit more about your latest single “Golden Age” - what inspired this track?

Dan had the lyrics for a little bit before we wrote the instrumental. It's about how 2017 is such an amazing time to be alive, and while a lot of that is because of what technology has done, it also has hindered us in some ways. It's still important to get out and do shit.

What can we expect from your forthcoming EP?

Songs for every mood.

What one thing did you guys hope to achieve this year that you have managed to achieve already?

Playing a sick NYC hometown show. Also touring and letting people hear the music in a live setting.

Shout out to the guys for chatting to us; check out the video for Golden Age and be sure to check the guys out on their social channels:
